The following materials were selected by the Working Group on Faculty Development to complement the specific Domains and Tasks defined in the Fundamental Teaching Activities Framework. The Working Group welcomes recommendations and feedback to expand and enrich these faculty development resources.

Le Groupe de travail sur le développement professoral a sélectionné les ressources suivantes pour compléter les domaines et les tâches présentés dans le Référentiel d’activités pédagogiques fondamentales. Le Groupe de travail accueillerait favorablement toute recommandation ou tout commentaire afin d’étoffer et d’enrichir ces ressources.

Domaines

Enseignant en contexte clinique : le clinicien enseignant qui agit comme superviseur et travaille avec les apprenants dans un contexte de soins aux patients.

Tâches

Superviseur au quotidien : Agit à la manière d’un « coach » de la pratique clinique pour l’apprenant en stage

Accompagnateur pédagogique : Guide l’apprenant dans son développement pendant sa formation
