Team Primary Care (TPC) is excited to offer a series of webinars taking place over the next year. Formerly titled Lunch and Learns, these webinars will enable a deeper dive into key topics supporting the advancement of team based comprehensive care complementing the Collaborative and Optimization Tables. They will be held at least monthly and perhaps more frequently depending upon demand. They are intended to be open to all, with no limit to attendees from each of your organizations or sectors. This TPC Webinar is titled Applying the new Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative’s (CIHC) Interprofessional Competency Framework and is scheduled for June 1, 2023, at 12 p.m. EST.

Application du nouveau Référentiel national de compétences en matière d’interprofessionnalisme du Consortium pancanadien pour l’interprofessionnalisme en santé

Équipe de soins primaires (ÉSP) est ravie de présenter une série de webinaires qui se dérouleront au cours de la prochaine année. Anciennement les dîners-conférences, ces webinaires jettent un regard plus percutant sur certains sujets importants afin de faire avancer la prestation de soins complets et globaux dispensés en équipe et s’ajoutent aux tables de concertation et d’optimisation. Ils se tiendront au moins une fois par mois, et peut-être plus souvent selon la demande. Ils sont ouverts à tous : aucune limite n’est imposée quant au nombre de participants de chaque organisation ou secteur. Ce webinaire d’ÉSP intitulé Application du nouveau Référentiel national de compétences en matière d’interprofessionnalisme du Consortium pancanadien pour l’interprofessionnalisme en santé, sera présenté le 1er juin 2023, à midi HE.
